According to the reports, at least two people lost their lives on Friday night after a tornado struck a nursing home in Arkansas. Similarly roof of an Amazon warehouse collapsed causing injuries to couple of people in southern Illinois.
Talking to KAIT-TV, Craighead County Judge Marvin Day said at least five others suffered injuries, while a total of 20 people were trapped courtesy of the tornado struck the Monette Manor area in northeast Arkansas.
Reportedly rescue forces have headed towards the area. Sources claim that several emergency vehicles have been reached the Amazon center near Edwardsville, Illinois.
As per an official, it is being believed that nearly 100 people were present inside in the building. All these people have been working at the night shift, at the time of this fall.
On the other hand, a report by Belleville News-Democrat said that the Amazon fulfillment center in Edwardsville opened with two warehouses in the year 2016, with 1.5 million square feet of space.
